After two consecutive wins against Australia, the two losses have come as shock not just for Indian team but for the whole nation.

It is time that Indian players particularly Indian batsmen get out of their slumber and do some soul searching.

In fact the last two matches were lost by India not because of Australians playing a great game, but because Indian players were unable to prove their mettle in crunch hour.

Sachin Tendulkar had almost given a ‘sure win’ to India on a platter. But his hard work and labor produced a still ‘born baby’. Jadeja lost his wicket without giving a thought to the fact that run and ball ratio was still in India’s favour.

Jadeja must be punished for his utter lack of using his brain on the field. A dumb player can destroy Indian chances in the two other matches of the series.

Other top players of Indian team including Gambhir, Yuvraj and Dhoni should also be asked to explain why they lost their wickets so cheaply.

By the way it was the very same wicket on which every Australian batsman batted with greatest ease and on which Sachin scored a mammoth 175 runs.
